We are seeking to hire a dynamic Receptionist to support our amazing team of diverse professionals. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 5 years of experience in the UAE, proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative or similar role. Industry knowledge would be a distinct advantage. The role involves handling the front desk, all incoming calls and additional administrative and secretarial support and responsibilities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude with a friendly disposition
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
