The SSH offices in Dubai Design District is a project we are extremely proud of. Handover to the client took place towards the end of 2015, and was delivered on-time by our diligent team. It represents the quality and punctuality of the work Pinnacle Interiors pride ourselves on.

The entire unit is based on a very minimalistic design- straight lines and edges- making the office more visually appealing, open and functional. The only rooms that aren’t included in the office’s open plan are upon a floating and stand-alone design, with no connections to the structural slabs. The area incorporates clear, translucent glass panels further highlights the design concept and maintains the open work atmosphere whilst providing visual transparency and acoustic privacy.

All the MEP lines- including that of the ducts, cables, conduits and fire pipes- run parallel throughout the office. The ducts are cladded in high grade aluminum which gives the polished look to the office.

The design team were particularly happy with the look of the exposed plumbing, high ceilings, concrete workstations and the sit-to-stand desks. The office combines the spaciousness and light of a modern collaborative environment.

All in all It was a unique challenge for us to deliver this project in conjunction with one of the leading master planning, infrastructure, building design, construction supervision and project management firms in the Middle East.
